The thatched dining room is the social heart of the lodge — a long communal table where guests compare the day's sightings over dinner, and quiet corners for those who prefer their own company. By day, meals move onto the verandah; by night, lanterns are lit and the river becomes a soundtrack.

Our chefs cook from a menu that changes with the seasons and the market: freshly baked breads each morning, catch-of-the-day from Lake Manyara, game produce from the region, and herbs from the lodge garden.
